This renovation project transformed a vacation rental villa on the east coast of Mallorca, with views of Cala Marsal. Its prime location offers direct access to the cove, allowing guests to enjoy the natural surroundings at any time. 

The traditional architecture of the villa was preserved, highlighting the authentic character of the Mallorcan summer house while incorporating modern elements. The renovation resulted in a fresh, Mediterranean space that celebrates its original essence. The villa, designed to accommodate up to 12 guests, was fully furnished to enhance the beauty of its unique location.
