We are Pau and Maxi, architects passionate about creating spaces that reflect the essence of our clients. Each project allows us to connect, understand their desires, and transform their ideas into reality with dedication and attention to detail. We are involved in every stage, seeking creative solutions that exceed expectations.
With a meticulous approach and openness to new ideas, we tackle challenges by stepping out of our comfort zone. We believe in the importance of deeply understanding our clients’ tastes and needs to design authentic spaces.

Maximiliano Baumgartner
Graduated in Argentina, has worked on over 20 renovation and new construction projects, managing and coordinating them from start to finish. As a project manager, he organizes timelines and coordinates suppliers and contractors to ensure everything progresses as planned.
With experience as an international race car driver, he applies the discipline and agility of the track to construction. Problem-solving by nature, he is always ready to help clients, using his expertise to overcome any challenge.
Outside of work, Maxi enjoys playing golf, listening to good music, and his passion for motorsports.

Paula Mardisa
Graduated in Italy and Argentina, has participated in over 30 projects in Mallorca since her arrival in 2017, ranging from renovations to new residential and hotel constructions. With experience in restoring historic palaces and seaside villas, she blends respect for local architecture with modern functionality.
Passionate about traditional architecture, she strives to preserve the essence of the surroundings while addressing contemporary living needs. With a practical and rational approach, she optimizes materials and costs without compromising design or details. Her empathy and approachability foster strong connections with clients, resulting in unique spaces.
Outside the studio, Paula enjoys beach volleyball and kitesurfing, seeking a deeper connection with the sea and nature.
